Mount Lawley Primary School benefits from State Government funding

Michael Sutherland MLA and the Minister for Education, The Hon Elizabeth Constable today visited Mount Lawley Primary School to officially open the new two storey building funded by a commitment made by the Liberal Party during the last election campaign.

Michael Sutherland said “I am excited to see the amazing building work that has been done to improve Mount Lawley Primary School.”

“The $2 million provided by the State Government has provided the school with excellent new facilities to improve local children’s education.”

“The new building includes a classroom, computer laboratory, rooms for musical instrument lessons, a teachers’ room and staff and student toilets.”

The opening of the new facilities at Mount Lawley Primary School honour’s Michael’s election commitment to provide the school with funding for improvements to the school buildings.
