Coolbinia Primary School benefits from State Government funding

Michael Sutherland MLA and the Minister for Education, The Hon Elizabeth Constable today visited Coolbinia Primary School to officially open the $4.36 million building works. The funding was pursuant to a commitment made by the Liberal Party during the last election campaign.

Michael Sutherland said “I am excited to see the completion of the extensive building works that have been done at Coolbinia Primary School, the School has gone through an amazing transformation. This includes a rejuvenated front entrance and office, new library, staff room and sports courts.”

“The old paved quadrangle has also been transformed with turf and landscaping to make a new recreation area for students.”

“The $4.36 million provided by the State Government has provided the school with excellent new facilities to improve local children’s education.”
