Joe has been the local Member for Jandakot since the year 2008.

Prior to being elected, Joe was a serving Officer in the Royal Australian Navy as a qualified Submariner. The Navy values of honor, honesty and loyalty, and a belief in giving everyone a fair-go are the values that drive him to do the best he can for the people of Jandakot.

His previous experience as Proprietor of a small business also provides him with a great understanding of the needs of the business community. Joe knows the importance of a Government which offers sound economic management and a cultivating mindset for the small business community in our State. A life-time member of the RSPCA, Joe is passionate about the welfare of animals and our environment.

Together with our Premier Colin Barnett, Joe Francis has and will continue to work hard as our local Member of Parliament. Joe knows the issues, knows the value of hard work and that’s why, as our local MP he will continue to stand up and represent the people of the electorate of Jandakot.
