 Born in Bunbury, Troy Buswell grew up in Busselton and attended the local high school where he graduated as Head Boy in 1983. He completed a Bachelor of Economics degree at The University of Western Australia, winning the WG Salter Memorial Prize in Economics for the highest aggregate of marks in the final year. |
